Dr. Cara Goodell is Everguide Health’s medical director and a family medicine physician who prioritizes deep, compassionate relationships with her patients. She is passionate about caring for whole families and strives to craft care plans informed by her patients’ backgrounds, hopes, and values.

Cara co-launched Austin’s first One Medical clinic, eventually acquired by Amazon. She earned a B.A. in Anthropology and Human Rights from Columbia University, an M.S. in Endocrinology and Reproductive Physiology from the University of Wisconsin, and an M.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University before completing her medical residency at Texas-based Baylor, Scott & White, where she was Resident of the Year and inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for excellence in clinical care, leadership, compassion, and dedication to service.
